2. Nature of Service

Vidyamitra is a service-based intermediary platform, not a school or coaching institute.

We provide:

• Tutor matching
• Tutor verification support
• Replacement assistance
• Tuition management support

We do not guarantee academic results or performance outcomes.

3. Eligibility

• Parents/Guardians must be legally capable of using the service
• Tutors must provide correct and verified details
• Students must be represented by parents/guardians
• Services are for LKG to Class 8 students (approx. 4–15 years)

4. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Providing correct information
• Maintaining account security
• All activities under their account

5. Tutor Matching

• Tutors are assigned based on requirement, location, and availability
• Final assignment depends on operational suitability
• Vidyamitra may replace or reassign tutors if required

6. Demo Class

• A free demo class may be provided
• Demo is for evaluation only
• Final tutor confirmation is based on feedback and availability

7. Payment Terms

• Payments may be collected via Vidyamitra platform or assisted methods
• Payment methods include online, offline, or guided support
• Future secure payment gateways may be added
• Vidyamitra may charge 10%–20% service commission

8. Replacement Policy

• Tutor replacement can be requested within a limited period (e.g., 14 days)
• Replacement depends on availability
• Multiple replacements may be restricted to prevent misuse

9. Tutor Responsibilities

Tutors must:

• Provide correct information
• Maintain professionalism
• Follow assigned schedules
• Not bypass platform rules for direct arrangements

10. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate student details
• Cooperate with tutors
• Make timely payments
• Use platform responsibly

11. Restrictions

Users must NOT:

• Misuse platform
• Provide false information
• Harass tutors or staff
• Attempt unauthorized access

12. Data & Privacy

Use of Vidyamitra is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you agree to data collection and usage as required for service delivery.

All content and platform design belong to Vidyamitra. Unauthorized copying or use is not allowed.
